Valuation Reconciliations

Valuation reconciliations assist in identifying potential misrepresentation in appraisal reports and other valuation products. Licensed real estate appraisers review multiple valuation products and other public record data to determine reliability of reports provided and render an opinion as to which value is most reliable.

Drive-by Appraisal Reports (FNMA 2055)

Cost savings alternative to full appraisal reports, providing accurate and timely valuations. Drive-by reports include an estimate of current and or retro market value.

Review Products

Quality assurance reviews performed on completed appraisals for the purpose of verifying that the market value opinion was compliant with relevant USPAP provisions, applicable state laws and regulations. Review products can be tailored to meet the needs of the client.
